I'm Nae. This is where I share what I've learned about the mind, the patterns we repeat, and how people actually change, not the version that fits in a caption.
I studied psychology because I kept wondering why smart, capable people, myself included, stayed stuck in the same emotional loops no matter how much they already knew.
These days I write, teach, and think out loud about that question. Some weeks that looks like a long journal entry. Other weeks it's a program I've spent months building, or a talk I'm nervous about giving. All of it comes from the same place: I'm still doing this work on myself too.
Writing, coaching, and building from home, with Sunday mornings kept offline on purpose.
Four years of translating research into things you can actually use on a hard day.
Teaching this work has never meant being exempt from needing it.
None of this is the point of the page. It's just where the thinking ends up when I turn it into something you can use.
A six week guided program for naming the loops you keep repeating and building a genuinely different response, in a small cohort so you're not doing it alone.
